Pros

If you are desperate then work here, if not please stay away.

Cons

Heavy push for AI adoption, but very little real payoff in day-to-day work. A lot of hype, not much practical improvement. High turnover and talk about redundancy. Creates an atmosphere where people don’t feel secure staying long term. Layoffs are done quietly, but leadership pretends nothing happened. Weak local leadership. Most decisions seem to come straight from HQ and leadership rarely pushes back or advocates for the team. The company claims to champion a multicultural and inclusive workplace, but actions sometimes contradict this. For example, leadership chose to celebrate Halloween instead of Deepavali, justifying it by saying that was no budget for both. It felt incredibly tone-deaf and out of touch with the diverse team they claim to support and honestly its just incredibly disappointing and disgusting. Very limited career progression. Promotions and growth opportunities are unclear and rarely happen. Strong “please the CEO” culture. People often prioritize saying or doing what leadership wants to hear rather than what is actually right for the business. Very poor investment in tools. Teams often have to rely on a patchwork of free trials or temporary solutions just to get basic work done. Strict office attendance monitoring. Fingerprint tracking is used to ensure people are in the office four days a week, and any deviation requires formal HR & Leadership approval. Feels like school, rather than a workplace of adults. People who talk the most tend to get the most recognition, while those quietly doing the work often go unnoticed. Salary increments and promotions are tied strictly to profit growth. If the company does not outperform the previous year, there is little chance of raises or backfilling roles. Money is spent renting bigger and more prestigious offices, rather than on staff and tools. HR is largely absent when it comes to supporting employees. Most of the effort seems focused on presenting a positive image externally rather than helping staff internally. The company tries to keep costs as low as possible for both tools and employees, while charging clients high fees. This often leads to frustrated staff and unhappy clients and an endless list of failed pitches. Blame is then placed on the markets/teams for not winning enough pitches to prop up the margin the CEO wants to earn on the work that we do for him.
