Pros
Pay was a little above average. A lot of ERG’s to join with great people.
Cons
Constant leadership turnover is a red flag for good reason. Newer senior leadership hired from outside TE are lost and show very little interest to understand their own direct reports roles let alone the strategies they are “leading.” Spewing trendy buzzwords at nauseam is not leadership.
