      Good people, professional, team oriented

      Cons

      Not as stable as the original AMP company was. More reactionary with layoffs rather than finding alternate solutions to keeping the experienced and talented people. Continuous outsourcing and moving to foreign countries.

      Pay / some colleagues. Stock, 401k match

      Cons

      The Lickdale plant has been cursed with some of the worst management imaginable. They talk about accountability alot, but not for them. They enjoy blaming people for their mess. Place is very toxic, stay away and thank me later
