We always appreciate honest feedback and are disappointed when it does not reflect our core values. We are very proud of our track record at TDX Tech and work hard to make employees’ experiences as positive as possible, as evidenced by our very low turnover and many years of service by a large number of our employees. While the vast majority of our projects are met with great success, some get delayed due to causes beyond our control, which can be frustrating for all involved. We continually review our processes and procedures to find ways to improve and optimize all projects, so that these scenarios are rare. We strive to make TDX Tech a great and fun place to work; however, unprofessionalism is not acceptable. This feedback provides us with an opportunity to review our policies to make certain our staff does not act in the manner described here – we desire for TDX Tech to be exemplary in all respects.
