Pros
People focused and traditional, Have teams to that really want to work hard for the company, and plenty of challenging tasks to take on and learn.
Cons
Lower than average wages, communication between managers and subsequently teams is lacking, if you are in one of the customer support roles, you will be pressured to take a working lunch or stay late to complete work. You could be juggling 10+ tasks at a time depending on the day. Documentation is poor and many of the departments are understaffed. Management listens to problems but does little or nothing to solve them and change is very slow, and usually at the expense of the front line worker's time and energy. There is also no way to move up within the company unless someone else retires or leaves.
