They really care about their employees. there are opportunities to move up within the company. There is not a lot of employee turnover.

None really. The work is fun and the other employees are a joy to work with.

Many great people have worked here. It is a company with great potential under the correct leadership.

The CEO is horrific. Just a complete micro manager and egotistical freak. He has driven many good people away. That and the weather dependent product line have doomed the organization.
