Pros
Got there pre-IPO and stock options were able to compensate me well. A lot of growth during my time there. Learned a ton.
Cons
A lot of politics in the company. Everyone is too scared to make any real decisions. Create a lot of duplicate roles because people don't get fired even though it is really clear they should be. No real direction of the company.
