Great and safe work environment with extremely knowledgeable and friendly people. Superb work/life balance. Everyone cares about the wellbeing of everyone else - like working with a family. Great communication of goals and vision from upper management all the way through the organization. No micro-managing - management trusts employees to do their job and make their own decisions. Numerous employee appreciation events throughout the year. Always treated with respect.

The biggest con is the disconnection that arises on occasion between Sales and Operations. There should be more collaboration between the two departments on projects, supply, sales campaigns, operational strategy, etc.

everything else! Low pay, management wants to waste all your time in pointless meetings so expect not having any time to do anything. Talk about exact same thing in every meeting as well without any progress. IT is very incompetent and not even sure how she got the job. Bad quality and customer service has put the company in a nose dive. Insurance is probably the worst plan ive ever had in a company. In the interview they'll tell you how amazing it is though
