Pros
The best reason to work at TD is when you can't find anything else and need a job.
Cons
Some of the challenges of working for TD is that you will be very overworked, forget about the work life balance. Managers will not have your back because no one has theirs. I didn't stay long enough to contemplate being promoted. All i could think about was getting out. Compensation on the surface seems average until you work 60-70 hours a week then calculated is very underpaid.
