      Pros

      The corporate culture of TD Canada Trust is very friendly and down-to-earth, unlike the stereotypical financial institution image that many have. The employees are generally very helpful and treat each other like family. The training TD Bank provides is top-tier, really prepares you well for the position you are hired for

      Cons

      LIke iin any field and industry, the corporate politics are complex and sometimes a burden.
