Pros
The customer service center where I worked there was ALWAYS overtime available if you were desperate for extra money. Also, they give incentives like gift cards for doing a better job.
Cons
Listening to people complain all day. Having to park far away and then spend 10-15 minutes walking to the building, getting set up at a desk ad getting logged in. All while wearing mandatory dress shoes even when the parking lot is covered in ice during the winter.
