Pros
Benefits, Pension, Banking Benefits, opportunities for advancement, employee savings plan. There are some really great people who work for the company - management included. Diversity and inclusiveness is of huge importance at TD.
Cons
L&D (which at one time was revered) is nearly non-existent; the TD brand, culture and organization as a whole is inauthentic. Employees are no longer valued as they once were. Customers are charged far more then necessary for services (although this is true of most big banks). Sales revenue is of more importance than relationship building. What was once a great company to work for, with a brand you could stand behind is no longer in existence. TD does not value long time employees or pay well. Again, like most financial institutions, you have to jump ship to make the better salary. Staying loyal to one FI will not line your pockets.
