Pros
The people I get to work with here are second to none. When you're working 40+ hour weeks, it makes it so much better to have people you want to be around. We have a CEO that is in office, an office pup, 4000 flavors of drinks in our soda machine, a fully stocked kitchen, and just a ton of perks. I love that there is no micromanagement, which makes the environment a lot less stressful. Coming in to work is very easy to do when you get to work at TargetCW!
Cons
We are a growing company, and growing fast. Things change all the time, so sometimes it's hard to keep up. If you can keep a positive attitude, and a good work flow, the pay off is worth it in the end.
