Pros
Interesting contracts to work with, especially some of the more complex cases. Good teamwork between paralegals and solicitors. Very good pay grade for this sector. Management had a good insight into problems you may encounter.
Cons
Working to very tight deadlines was sometimes a bit stressful but that is the nature of paralegal work.
