What can I say other than this is by far the most toxic work environment I have ever been exposed to. They bring the meaning of micromanagement and hostile work environment to a whole new level. They will make all kinds of promises about a bright future with the company, only to start treating everyone like garbage as soon as they get them signed on. They spend every morning and afternoon publicly bashing on employees job performance, making a mess of accounts and expecting sales to clean up the mess and take the fall. You can forget about the promises of commissions, that is a lie. They won’t even provide a clear commission structure so there’s nothing to reference when the time comes. They staff sexual predators that rack up numerous complaints but they refuse to take corrective action and do not allow the US HR team to do anything about it. Their employee turn over rate is probably similar to that of a badly run call center. They don’t value their good employees so they can’t keep anyone around. They’re racist, sexist, ageist and abusive. It’s not uncommon to see employees leaving a meeting with upper management in tears. They show no compassion and will prey on the weak. Their goal is to be the largest international company in their trade but they refuse to adapt to Western culture. They do not respect personal boundaries or a home/work life balance. If you choose to join the company, be prepared to be led by intimidation and fear and to be in an environment where management yelling profanities is an everyday occurrence. If you choose to work here, plan on accounting for every moment of your time that you’re on the clock and make sure that you answer any incoming calls and messages, even if it’s in the middle of the night or on a weekend or holiday. Otherwise, it will be used against you. Also, making friends with your coworkers is highly discouraged. You are there to work. Period. This company has a horrible reputation amongst their clients and former clients. This is usually not the fault of the sales/account managers personally but the company as a whole. It’s dysfunctional, everyone is over worked and burned out. They continue to bring on more sales people but do not have enough staff to support them. Everyone is doing the jobs of several people, working overtime and not being given appropriate resources and nothing is appreciated. The US HR team tries to advocate for the staff and inform the company of US standards, cultures and laws but upper management is very set in their ways and do not appreciate or accept any type of feedback that goes against their way of thinking. Even with all of that being said, it only scratches the surface of how toxic this place really is.

1. Five-star office environment: The workspace is premium and highly professional. 2. Comprehensive training. 3. The leadership team is both kind and professional, creating a positive work environment.

Cons

Despite the time difference with the Taiwan HQ, colleagues there are very responsive and provide timely support.
