Thank you for the specific and useful feedback. While our culture (and our tone) is definitely not for everyone, we hope people generally aren’t upset by it. You clearly were, and we are sad about that.
Orientation with the President was extensively revamped in 2019, after receiving constructive feedback from staff (like this!). But it was never an interview and we are sorry you felt that way. Instead, it is an opportunity for the President to get to know each new employee, share the values of the organization, and for the new employee to get to ask any questions they have about the company.
