Pros
Not one comes to mind.
Cons
They’ll lie to you about making you a permanent part of the team. They’ll bring you in, promise you that if they like the way you work, you’ll be converted to a permanent employee with a raise and full benefits within 2-3 months, and if not, you’ll be informed and let go. 1 year and 3 meetings later they’ll tell you it’s still not in the budget. Temps do most of the work while management walks around the office making jokes and piling on more work for others. The work itself is tedious and boring, and the call center is the worst part of it all (which is why temps are always assigned to the call center while permanent employees get to do pretty much whatever they want).
