Pros
Nice view from pantry Comfy working environment
Cons
Chaotic management: - Promotion base on seniority - Never ending restructuring - Intransparent communication between top management and mid-level Tons of drama - Some certain managers / directors try to sabotage each other’s work so that they can shrug off responsibility when programs fail Obsolete business model - Recurring theme and program structure - Unwilling to innovate Chairman of the group is the biggest hypocrite - Launch charity projects, but raise money from his employees - call themselves people company, but convince staffs to resign instead off firing them becuz they don’t want to pay out compensation - Connection comes first when making hiring decision, while claiming that he doesn’t want his employees to be related. - got a taste for non-Canton speaking expat. ( I know it’s common, but hire a uni student from US with decent pay and housing allowance to fill in an intern role? Really?)
