      Pros

      Mostly inclusive and diverse, some managers were genuinely caring, has/had a good office space, benefits are/were pretty good for a company that size

      Cons

      Many managers play favorites, they don't really invest in employee development, pay was barely competitive (competitive for some positions but mostly for the favored employees) and they're not interested in employee feedback to truly help the company succeed.

      Pros

      It used to feel like a family and people cared. We used to have the BEST workplace in Oklahoma. It used to be fun to come to work. I miss those days.

      Cons

      Uninformed, uncaring and "checked out" leadership. New owners had no real idea what they were doing. Sketchy changes and turnover created chaos. They took the heart out of this once thriving business. I had to leave to save myself.
