      Pros

      This company gives you the chance to grow personally as well as professionally. You have to make choice. It is strongly encouraged, though. Great pay for a 4 day work week. Pretty good benefits as well. There is a HUGE “teamwork” atmosphere and it is amazing. You never handle difficult things alone, and there is always an amazing person by your side to help, whether it be another route salesman or upper management.

      Cons

      Some days can be fairly long. Start as early as 5am and some days can last until after 7pm. It’s a pretty physical job, which can be looked at in both a positive and negative light. It is easy to get stuck in the motions and get complacent.

      Great company that cares for its people. Great Management in my experience. Hard work gets noticed! 4 day work week for Account Managers.

      Cons

      12-14 hours/day. Overnight travel may be required regularly depending on where you are located.

      Cons

      Labor intensive - long days and moving a ton of 30# cases of pizza daily.
