Pros

Great name to put on your resume. There is a reason most other firms are started by former-TBGers, & there are great connections to be made here. Firm is also leading the shift into Revit for Landscape Architects.

Cons

Not competitive with salaries or promotions. Leadership funnels everything, even project management, to the staff level & is not present for project reviews/deadlines. Firm is shifting towards more Master Planned Community work, too.

Thank you for your feedback. In keeping with our commitment to openness and continuous improvement, I’ve shared your comments with our leadership team. I’d like to offer a bit more context on our priorities. We benchmark compensation annually with the guidance of an outside consultant to support equitable salaries, and our profit-sharing program is designed to be highly competitive. We appreciate your input regarding workload. Balancing project staffing remains a priority as we work to support our teams. Professional growth is also central to our approach, with opportunities to engage at every stage of the project process. Thank you again for your insights—they help make us better!
