      Pros

      I’ve worked in different agencies and this one is definitely the best one. Majority of the time i received shifts for my available days and always communicated well.

      Cons

      There is slight favouritism and you need to build your relationship with the agency in order to get more shifts. Repetitive protocol text messages.

      I liked it because I made friends and experience. The new years and Boxing Day pay was good.

      Cons

      Management was bad. They never had work in September till October.
