Pros

The 3rd laptop I had at the company worked great

Cons

As another review indicated, raises are not distributed to entire teams. Only specific members of teams got a 3% raise. Not ready to have fully remote teams; there are few opportunities to include virtual employees because (surprise) they’re not made. In office people clique together. Felt I was expected to train a new hire in another department (whose position I wanted but decided to not pursue) and his new manager. Forced in-person events brought Covid to my family. A 3% raise will never cover the lifetime costs of Covid.

Pros

Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

Cons

Some days get too busy unexpectedly.

Pros

Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

Cons

Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
