Pros

You get good discounts on tires and automotive services. The 401k match and tuition reimbursement and other benefits are great. We get biweekly breakfast catered and monthly cake or is cream to celebrate birthdays.

Cons

The workload is more then what should be expected of a single person. Upper management does not care about those below them and just expects you to cut costs and work over time for free. Due to the strict covid rules enforced many people have left and working from home is not an option for most. But there is no plan to replace employees who leave and more work is given to you. Raises are non existent unless you change departments and there’s a cap of 10% pay increase. While workers if they are hired are brought in starting thousands more to do the same job. No work life balance and expectations to just work more and more without any further compensation. They pay significantly under average for the role you do.

Pros

It's a stable job with decent pay, which matters most to me. Also, delivery schedules are planned well, and there's good communication with warehouse teams.

Cons

Longer shifts during peak seasons

Pros

Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

Cons

Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
