I have had the ability to work with some truly amazing people. Some of which I am proud to call mentors. These people are professionals with an innovative, collaborative, and client first focused mentality. This made daily learning feel effortless. I gained a ton of hands-on exposure to audit work, improved my technical skills, and learned to perform under pressure. Being in a client facing consulting position is it important to always be improving and learning and working here as provided that. It can be intense at times but there is a strong sense of camaraderie which helps with the stress and daily grind.
