Pros

- A supportive and friendly corporate culture - Generous bonus and share monetization policies - Open-door communication policy - New ideas and opinions are encouraged and listened to - Very social office - Great little perks – jeans and free bagels on Friday, free soda and juice, office right next to Tysons mall - "Work hard, play hard" attitude

Cons

This is a sales-based company, so if you’re not in sales, you sometimes feel pushed aside. However, the sales teams are what made the company so successful, and the benefits of working for a successful company outweigh those negatives.

Pros

-nice office environment with free soft drinks -free donuts on fridays -yearly remote kick-off meeting for every employee to attend -unique data offering which focuses on wireless data

Cons

-very strange sales compensation based on monthly payments by customers; poor sales compensation -extreme favoritism of certain employees by management which lead to people being laid-off for no reasons; new employees are treated as "outsiders" and feel they are not part of the old regime which has been there forever and very protective of its turf -high turn-over due to firings or people leaving on their own; in 2-yr time frame there has been over 50 people who have left or fired -poor upper management who have been there since inception and do not have experience as senior managers in another company; the worst is the senior sales executives who do not have any sales management experience and are in charge of the sales group -niche data offering with differentiators being wireless info; larger competitors (such as West Government Services, Lexis-Nexis, Duns & Bradstreet, etc...) offer similar wireless data but include lots of other data such as financial, personal, legal, etc... -stress something else besides the "uniqueness" due to real-time updates and accuracy which customers do not really believe in and would not pay for with 30% premium over competitors
