Great company, leadership, and staff. Incredibly approachable at every level. Very good compensation.

Limited Opportunities for advancement within the company.

I enjoyed my time with TAPE, they were kind and understanding, if you are a solid employee they do their best to take care of you and look at for you.

There is very, very little interaction between management and employees on a contract. On the contract I was on, there was no opportunity for raises even if you had a perfect annual review.
