Cons
Prepare to be treated as a body any nothing more. Leave your experience and knowledge at the door, because they don't care. Experience? Masters degrees? You won't be using any of that here. You will be drawing a lot of shapes in AutoCAD though. Also, get comfortable, because you'll be staying late, every day, forever. Well, that is until you realize what the company is really like and then leave. In 2016 alone +50% of the design group quit throughout the course of the year. We're talking +30 people here. That should tell you a few things. If you look at the reviews on this site, you see a very consistent story from the design positions.
