Pros
A lot of hard working people who are striving for a better future for the organisation and students and ultimately the wider Australia community. These passionate people are doing a lot of work while others are spinning in circles..
Cons
TAFE has poor governance and project management. Each Group seems to be wasting millions of dollars (tax payer dollars might I add) on ridiculously under or overcooked projects. Senior leadership in projects doing work that should be delegated to a TWL4 or TWL6. There seems to be no oversight of double dipping and underachieving projects. Pretty sure no one is looking at the turnover of staff and actually addressing the root cause or bullies and narcissistic leaders.
