Pros
When I first started, the team I worked on was good. The company had a fairly welcoming atmosphere, though teams worked more or less in silos. Corporate used to be meh, but rarely impacted the day-to-day.
Cons
In the last year or so something has happened to T&M and the environment has become untenable. The company is hemorrhaging employees left and right, whole teams have dissolved, and corporate's response to this isn't to look internally to determine why this might be, but instead to blame team leaders. There's a clear and obvious lack of trust for employees - even those of us who have been around for many years - and nobody seems to want to even hide that fact. Constant re-organizations, so nobody knows who they report to; overburdened with work while even long-term employees are being told they have to "prove themselves" before any kind of promotion or raise will be considered; corporate is trying to replace experienced professionals with people straight out of school, clearly, so they can pay them less and save a buck. Really used to be a pleasant place to be and a good company to work for, but now it is just a trainwreck. Benefits have always been pretty lackluster (highest healthcare premiums I've ever paid, poor 401(k) match), and even though they offer unlimited PTO there's an ethos about the company where it's shameful to take any time off.
