      Excellent management. Great working from home options. Plenty of support. Heavy encouragement to invest in your own career.

      Cons

      Central London office can be a pain to get to, obviously your own location is dependent on this. If you prefer being in the office, the majority of the team work from home regularly.

      Minimal training and then demand perfection. Less emphasis on clientele issues and obsessive concern with controlling their phone systems.
