1. They have included insurance for our parents which is not being charged but insurance amount is very less compared to my previous organization.
Cons
1. I have recently joined this company but regretting my decision. There's lot of politics, you will feel it after joining this company. 2. Worst work culture, it's common to disrespect others. Most people lack professionalism in here, it seems. But there are some good guys too. 3. No Evening snacks. Be ready to have Maggi, biscuits, Coke, etc from a vending machine which will be charged. Only lunch is being provided and they are charging 70 rupee per plate, but it's not worth the price. One of our colleagues found one cockroach one day. 4. They are a multi million dollar company but There's no proper parking space. If somehow you parked somewhere else, you'll be fined 300 for bike and much more for car. 5. No proper seating arrangement. People will look at your laptop screen consistently. Some days, it gives me environment of fish market. 6. HR management is very cunning. They will fool you before joining, But concerns are not address properly. They are cutting out Gratuity amount from our salary CTC. No online process, mostly following paperwork. 7. Be prepared to do 100s of trainings and lot of processes. I came from a well known product based MNC, but seeing these things, it's laughable. 8. In some teams, work is very less as most stuffs are automated. I am here referring to admin related teams. 9. Washroom main light was not working earlier but after 4-5 days. They repaired it, that time it seems like going inside a cave. Earlier washroom stinks but now it's good. 10. No other amenities, even no RO water. I am already giving interviews. Hope I will be out of this company soon.
