Pros

A bunch of nice people creates a welcoming and pleasant environment. A highly skilled and engaged team, sometimes even passionate. Is good to know we are working on something that causes a positive impact on the society.

Cons

We have a lot of nice project ideas that we can't execute, because there are not enough people to work on those. The business has been working much faster than the development team.

Pros

Some flexibility in work/life balance, allowing for adjustment of hours or remote work when needed.

Cons

Low workplace morale and frequent miscommunication. Company direction is often unclear or shifting. Managerial roles frequently held by inexperienced or undertrained individuals. Heavy reliance on AI shapes company culture and staffing, so not ideal for those seeking traditional human centered collaboration.

Pros

I feel extremely lucky to be part of T-Pro. It’s not just a great place to work; it's a place where you can continually grow, feel supported, and make a significant impact. Highly recommend to anyone looking to make a meaningful advancement in their career. From day one, I was welcomed with open arms. The team atmosphere here is collaborative and supportive. There’s a genuine spirit of cooperation and shared goals all revolving around helping each other succeed. Leadership at this company is not only transparent and approachable but also remarkably ego-free. The management team is readily accessible and deeply invested in both our personal and professional development. They consistently acknowledge and reward hard work. Moreover, their open communication about company goals and changes enhances our connection to the broader vision, helping us understand the impact of our roles on the company's overall success.

Cons

Processes are continuously evolving, which is exciting but can also mean that you have to frequently adapt to new ways of working. This can be a con for those who prefer established routines
