Pros
Good pay for retail work, shifts go quite quickly because it’s so busy (however that’s very dependant on which store you’re in)
Cons
Absolutely no communication between management!! There’s also too many team leaders and higher up management do absolutely nothing. Standards are too high for how few staff are on shift which leads to overworking and no morale amongst staff. I didn’t have a single shift that wasn’t stressful because of low staffing
