Pros
Decent pay, especially if you're younger like me. Opportunities for growth, like team leader training. Well known brand, good experience to put on your CV.
Cons
Horrible Management. Give you Part-Time contact but expect you to work over 40hrs and sometimes 60hrs. Except you to do overnight/late night shifts all the time. Not willing to adjust your availability. Management aren't approachable. Team leaders act like they are the boss No structure Too much pressure about the stupid survey. They hire you as a sales associate but stick you in the delivery room, sometimes you never get to see the shop floor. They change the shop floor layout all the time without telling you anything. No communication between managers and supervisors, they all tell you different things. No appreciation.
