Pros
You definitely learn a lot, both on the people/interpersonal skills side as well as on the financial systems side. The management are really eager to help you learn and allow you to go on lunch/coffee/dinner meetings with candidates/clients you are working with, which is really nice. We are all a mixed bag in terms of personalities, but we genuinely get along very nicely. Unlike other recruitment companies, they really value quality over quantity, so it's not a numbers game in terms of placements/clients you get on.
Cons
Not really a con, but given how the company is growing, we are all learning and trying new things all the time in regards to structure, so things change a lot. Not a bad thing though, as management helps you transition very smoothly.
