batch hires anyone, career shifters, and fresh grads
Cons
Work environment: peer pressure, misaligned leadership, 2-year bond, not good work life balance, and "family" culture.
Tech stack: in my opinion, not great for a tech company. will you learn something? sure
Compensation: low salary, little to no allowance and benefits.
Others: I witnessed coworkers work on weekends; OTs are to be expected
If you’re looking for a place to start, the company is ready to accept you. And SSCGI will really expose you to the experiences you will need to learn.
Cons
BUT ALSO be ready for a VERY LOW starting income. 18k-19k. Please if you’re a fresh grad, do your research and know your worth.
They will often give you more than 2 projects but no proper increase
Low leave credits
Management is a bit shaky since the company is 24 years young
No clinic.
