Glassdoor is a site that allows anyone to post information regardless of information is truthful or not. STG has 37+ years of revenue growth, 98% repeat business rate and average employee tenure of 7+ years. This is only achievable if STG retains its key employees that are the backbone for success. Culture is the most important differentiator at STG. Positive Culture leads to Positive Business Outcomes.
