Opportunity to touch a lot of different systems and learn quickly.
Cons
The constant overwhelming workload experienced on the service desk is experienced from L1 to engineers. While at the company I quickly learned that the service desk and management was a constant revolving door. This lead to staff shortages, crushing workload, and breakdown of processes. I am amazed that clients still sign on with this company.
