Really not any that come to mind other than it would be nice to have more employees as sometimes we feel stretched with all the contracts that come in at times.

For such a small company I couldn't understand the lack of focus and confirmation on objectives from day to day, week to week. Some days there was no way to fill in time gaps productively while other days I was swamped.
