Internship at Systemgroup - Anonymous employee Systemgroup Employee Review

I completed 2 co-op terms at Systemgroup and they were amazing! Systemgroup has a very friendly and innovative culture. There are so many great mentors and everyone is always willing to help. I got exposure to several Microsoft technologies and grew tremendously as a developer. I got challenged with new responsibilities on a daily basis and I learned something new everyday! I could not have asked for a better co-op experience.

It can be helpful to have more critique sessions to further improve deliverables.

- Investment on resources - Culture and care for resources - Company growing very fast - Family events - Quarterly employee appreciation based on client and internal feedback - President breakfast (where anything regarding company matters can be suggested and discussed) - Lots of opportunities to grow - Very reasonable and balanced benefits - Yearly budget of training for each employee - Exceptional co-workers suppport

- Needs improvement in processes - Resource allocation is bit challenging because of less technical people - Needs more checks and balances against each position
