Good company to begin a career out of the college. You can learn a lot and you have a lot of opportunities to work on new technologies (Both ETl and reporting).
Cons
One can work in this company if he is not worried about the package for the first 3 years. The company has a 3 years bond policy for freshers. You will be placed in a regular, overlapping or night shifts.Mostly overlapping shifts. Variable pay mentioned in the pay structure will not be given or delayed atleast a 3 months every time.
