Merger lead Systech to a different level for corporate benefit as opposed to employee's benefit

Salary is good, remote work is good. Some good people work there but they have been there since the beginning.

HR does not do ANYTHING, nobody knows who to talk to about issues. The company has a few good people that originally started with the company but everyone else is kinda lost on what to do. The direction of the VP of sales is unclear, shadowed with fear and belittlement. Opinions are not welcome, growth strategy changes constantly.
