Pros

Every day presents new challenges and problems to solve, which can teach valuable skills if you survive the environment.

Cons

- The workload is relentless, leaving almost no room for breaks or rest - Skipping lunch became a routine, and I lost significant weight in the first month alone - The exhaustion goes far beyond normal stress—it is relentless and completely draining - The constant pace and pressure push employees straight toward burnout, making it impossible to recover while at work

We’re glad you called out the variety of challenges here - solving new problems every day is something many of our team members genuinely enjoy. That said, we’re sorry your experience felt exhausting rather than energizing. We do want to clarify one point. We genuinely don’t recall ever saying employees can’t eat at their desks. In fact, our offices are always stocked with snacks and drinks, and we regularly bring in catered meals. Taking breaks and fueling up is encouraged, not frowned upon. Everyone experiences pace and pressure differently, and if it felt unmanageable during your time here, that’s feedback we take seriously. We continue to focus on prioritization, manager support, and making sure people feel comfortable stepping away when they need to. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you the best in what comes next.

Pros

I’ve been with SysGen for a while now, and it’s by far the most positive and healthy work environment I’ve experienced. What stands out most is that we’re a customer service company first. We don’t push products just to hit numbers — we focus on truly understanding our clients’ needs and finding the right solutions for them. That integrity makes it easy to feel proud of the work we do. The company also prioritizes its people. There’s no culture of grinding staff to the point of burnout. Instead, leadership encourages a sustainable pace and a healthy work-life balance, which is refreshing in this industry. The hybrid work environment adds even more flexibility and trust. Our CEO provides strong and thoughtful leadership, setting a clear vision and demonstrating genuine care for both employees and clients. This tone from the top fosters an open, collaborative atmosphere. Finally, the collaboration across departments here is outstanding. Everyone works together to solve problems, share knowledge, and support one another. It really feels like we’re all on the same team, working toward the same goals. I’d highly recommend SysGen to anyone looking for a workplace that values integrity, balance, and teamwork.

Cons

Sometimes staff are given a high level of empowerment to make their own decisions, which is great for independence and growth. However, this can mean that unless someone reaches out for help or flags an issue, it’s often assumed that things are on track. For those who prefer more frequent check-ins or guidance, it might take a little time to adjust to this culture of trust and autonomy

Pros

Zero pros. This company has a history of complaints about their unethical practices.

Cons

This is such a toxic workplace. They don't care about you, only about how they look. The manager had good intentions but was clearly not trained enough to guide a team, and the workload kept piling up to an insane level that drained everyone around me. Career advancement felt like a myth, no matter how much effort you put in. It became obvious that raises only happened when someone threatened to leave, which said everything about how little they valued people who stayed loyal. On top of that, employees were stretched thin, and the burnout was real. Upper management stayed completely out of reach, and any concerns we raised were blatantly ignored as if acknowledging them would require too much effort. Work-life balance was pitched as a priority, yet the pressure and constant catch-up made it impossible to enjoy a single day without feeling guilty for stepping away. It got to a point where the stress felt baked into the culture, and no one seemed surprised anymore. If you are looking for stability or real development, this place will just leave you frustrated and drained.

This one definitely made us pause. We’re sorry to hear this was your experience and it’s never what we want for anyone who spends time here. Feeling unheard or unsupported isn’t something we take lightly. What you’ve described doesn’t reflect who SysGen is today or where we’re headed. Over time, we’ve evolved how we develop leaders, outline growth opportunities, and ensure concerns are heard and addressed across the organization. We’re not perfect, but we genuinely care about our people and the experience they have while working here. Feedback like this, even when it’s hard to read, plays a role in pushing us to do better. If you’re open to sharing more, our HR team is always willing to listen. The door is open. We wish you nothing but success in whatever comes next.
