      Pros

      the data management team is great! the HOD is very helpful and provides opportunities for the team to learn new skills. The data management team as whole is great.

      Cons

      upper management expects you to do a lot within a short timeframe and so you are often working extra hours. They do not value employees. hard to get a raise and a promotion.

      * small company *good place to learn the industry *co-workers are great and team is reliable

      Cons

      *senior management give you a large workload and your accomplishments are not valued. You do not get any recognition for the work that you do *definite favoritism by senior mgmt towards some employees. these employees can make mistake after mistake without any obvious repurcussions. While the rest of the team must pick up the slack and correct these errors.
