Terrible Company - RF Designer Syntronic Employee Review

- The severance was well below market standards - They promote a good work/life balance but this is total crap as I was told that it is very common for employee's to put in extra work/overtime that is unpaid - Severely underpay the workforce and expect the work of a professional with decades of experience, regardless of the employee's actual capabilities - Don't offer any sort of training or mentoring opportunities for new grads or employee's that want to expand their skillsets - Very dismissive of health and safety concerns
