Pros

There are no pros about working here.

Cons

Some management and senior staff are bullies and treat you badly knowing how it's affecting people. Absolutely one of the worse places I've worked due to being bullied and them twisting things around. They knock your confidence and expect you to know everything within a day of starting and if you don't they will make you feel useless. They don't care about their staffs physical and mental health, they just want you in working. HR are also so rude and unhelpful and clearly on the companies side. I even got the phone hung up on me by them.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review, it’s really disappointing to hear your experience with us was not a positive one. We are an organisation with strong values of respect and integrity, we are committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception, any accusations of bullying will be taken very seriously. We strongly encourage you to contact the local HR Manager in Harlow who would welcome the opportunity discuss the points you have raised. We also have an Ethics Hotline to enable anonymous reporting of any activity that breaches our Code of Conduct. We wish you all the best for the future.

Pros

the pay is above average, friendly environment, good vacation starting and benefits beginning day of hire.

Cons

Mediocre healthcare. the work/life balance is terrible for shift-workers and the company does not hesitate to change your schedule to meet their needs with no consideration to your personal life or obligations. Very poor and rushed training managed by under qualified training department. safety is only a priority as long as it doesn't interfere with production needs.
