Cons
Shameful rate. Immense workload with crazy deadlines that require your undivided attention and immediate action, so you have the same demands than when working in an office but at an outrageously low rate. Hectic organization, freelancers work on tiny parts of gigantic projects and cannot grasp even a minimum percentage of the reference materials available because of the crazy deadlines and huge workload. Freelancers are constantly being asked to take on more volume because the workload for the company gets even more unmanageable at peak times, of course with no rate improvement whatsoever. On top of that, the company is currently in the process of changing localization softwares and is merely offering a discount for the freelancers that do not currently own it, instead of granting licenses directly given the colossal need they constantly have for manpower.
