Company is struggling with funding and therefore laying people off left and right. The bad thing is they are using terrible techniques to get people to quit themselves rather than the company laying them off. HR is for the company and not for the staff, people keep dropping off quietly here and there because HR manages their exit. Micromanagement at its best with managers with very little experience. There are a select few who are deeply loved in their teams (people with loud mouths), everyone else don’t matter. It’s a start up so work life balance is non existent. Burnout is very common.
