Thank you for your review. Syntelligent is committed to advocating for our employees. While we may not control every aspect of the broader contract environment, we consistently support our team and raise concerns when appropriate. We are always working to improve the employee experience. Regarding the concern about sudden changes, the recent communication from our CEO was not the introduction of a new policy, but a clarification and reinforcement of existing standards that were not being consistently followed. As for bonuses, all full-time Syntelligent employees are eligible for spot award bonuses, and we make an ongoing effort to recognize outstanding performance and dedication. With respect to PTO, we appreciate the suggestion. However, certain contract requirements limit our ability to adjust leave policies beyond what is specified.
